2. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective Services, you agree to:

Grant us necessary authorizations (e.g., power of attorney for tax filings or authorization to contact credit bureaus) as required by the specific Service engaged.

3. Credit Restoration Disclosures

In compliance with applicable laws (such as the Credit Repair Organizations Act), we disclose the following:

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus for free.

Neither Regina Buckley and Co LLC nor any other credit repair organization can guarantee a specific increase in credit score or the permanent removal of accurate, non-obsolete information.

Our services are designed to assist you in exercising your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive for excellence and maximum financial health for our clients, Regina Buckley and Co LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, tax savings, or credit score improvements. Success depends on various external factors and your adherence to the strategies provided.

5. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: Fees for Services are outlined in your individual Service Agreement or at the point of checkout on our Site.

Payment Terms: Payments for recurring services (e.g., bookkeeping) are due monthly. Tax and credit restoration services may require upfront deposits or fixed-fee payments as specified in your agreement.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

No Refund Policy (Strict): ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Regina Buckley and Co LLC maintains a strict no refund policy. You will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or chargeback reversal for any Services, including but not limited to credit restoration, business credit coaching, bookkeeping, tax services, consultations, packages, subscriptions, digital products, or other fees, once purchased or once Services have been initiated, performed, scheduled, or made available to you, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Collections; Client Responsible for Fees: If any amount owed is not paid when due, we may, in our sole discretion and without waiving any other rights or remedies, suspend or terminate Services and/or forward your account to a third-party collection agency and/or pursue any other lawful means of collection. You agree to be responsible for and to pay all costs of collection to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and other related expenses.

6. Professional Relationship

Engagement in our Services does not constitute a fiduciary relationship beyond the scope of the specific financial services provided. While we offer expert tools and advice, final financial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including coaching tools, financial templates, strategies, and Site content, are the intellectual property of Regina Buckley and Co LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal or internal business growth and may not redistribute or sell them without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regina Buckley and Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regina Buckley and Co LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the provision of inaccurate information to us.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice as specified in said agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

These Terms, the Services, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, any purchase, payment, communications, marketing, or the relationship between you and Regina Buckley and Co LLC (whether sounding in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
