You Don't Have
a Money Problem.
You Have a
Fundability Problem.

And I know exactly how that feels — because I lived it. I rebuilt my entire financial life from the ground up using the same system I now teach. This is that story.

♦ Sound Familiar?

You're Working Hard.
But Your Business
Still Isn't Fundable.

💳
You're Using Personal Money for Business Expenses

Every sample, tool, hire, and investment comes out of your personal account. You're not running a business — you're bankrolling one. And it's bleeding you dry.

🚫
You've Been Denied — and Nobody Explained Why

You applied for funding and got a "no." Or worse — silence. You didn't fail the application. Your business structure did. Banks can't fund what they can't read.

📊
You're Making Money But Still Feel Broke

Revenue is coming in, but it disappears. You can't scale, can't hire, can't invest. The ceiling isn't your revenue — it's your access to capital. That's a fundability problem.

🔀
Your Personal and Business Finances Are Mixed

Same account. Same card. Same everything. To a lender, that means your business doesn't exist. They're not funding a person. They're funding a business entity.

📋
You Don't Know What Lenders Are Actually Looking For

Nobody taught you the checklist lenders run before they ever open your application. Most business owners are missing 3–4 of the basics — and don't know it until they're denied.

You Keep Saying "I'll Get to It When Things Slow Down"

They won't. Every month you wait is another month your business is invisible to capital. Fundability doesn't build itself. But it can be built — faster than you think.

"I used business credit to rebuild my life. Then I built a system so you don't have to figure it out alone."

♦ My Story

I Didn't Learn
Fundability in a
Classroom.

I learned it the hard way — sitting in the middle of a life that had fallen apart, trying to figure out how to rebuild everything from scratch with very little to show for the years I had invested.

After 22 years together and 19 years of marriage, I walked away with my six children, my name, and a financial situation that felt impossible. My personal credit was entangled with someone else's decisions. My business — that I had been running since 2007 — didn't have its own credit identity. I was starting over at a point in life when starting over feels like the last thing you should have to do.

But I had one thing: I understood numbers. I had been in bookkeeping and tax since 1998. I knew how money moved. What I didn't know yet was how to make money move for me — through business credit, through fundability, through building a financial identity for my business that banks would recognize and fund.

So I built it. Step by step. Pillar by pillar. And I personally secured over $500,000 in business credit that I used to rebuild my business, my life, and my future. Not borrowed from family. Not from luck. From a system I built and tested on myself first.

That system is the 4 Pillars of Fundability™. And now I've used it to help 2,600+ business owners access over $7 million in funding.

1998

Entered bookkeeping & tax — built the financial foundation that would become the backbone of everything.

2007

Started my own business — left corporate and began serving clients directly.

2018

Became a credit coach — after personally securing $500K+ in business credit post-divorce, I built a system others could follow.

2024

Launched Fundable CEO University — now 9,000+ members strong, the free community where the transformation begins.

Today

2,600+ clients. $7M+ in funding secured. And a framework that works for coaches, creators, service providers, and every business in between.

♦ What I Know For Sure

Your Business
Deserves Its Own
Financial Identity.

You are not the bank. You were never supposed to be. A fundable business borrows to grow — it doesn't drain its owner to survive.

The reason most business owners can't access capital isn't bad luck or bad credit. It's that nobody ever told them what lenders actually check — and it's not what you think.

I teach what I've lived — not what I read

The 4 Pillars of Fundability™ isn't a borrowed framework. It's the exact system I used to rebuild my own financial life and business after divorce.

I serve business owners — not a single gender

Coaches, creators, service providers, contractors — if you run a business and want it to be fundable, this room is for you. Full stop.

I combine bookkeeping, tax AND credit — on purpose

Most credit coaches don't understand financial systems. Most accountants don't teach fundability. I do both — because they're inseparable.

I'm not selling hype — I'm building foundations

$250K in 30 days sounds good in an ad. Real fundability is built over 90–180 days in the right sequence. That's what actually gets you funded.

You're capped by what your personal savings allows. Hiring, scaling, and investing require capital your business can access on its own. That starts with fundability.
